1. Acceptance of Terms

By using www.canadapatch.ca, requesting a quotation, submitting an order, or communicating with our team, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. 

2. Products & Services

CanadaPatch specializes in the design and manufacture of custom products, including but not limited to:

• Embroidered Patches
• PVC Patches
• Woven Patches
• Chenille Patches
• Printed Patches
• Leather Patches
• Back Patches
• Motorcycle Patches
• Police Patches
• Lapel Pins
• Name Tags

All products are manufactured according to customer-provided specifications and approved artwork.

3. Quotations & Pricing

All quotations are provided based on the information supplied by the customer, including size, quantity, design complexity, backing type, and delivery requirements.

Prices may change if the project specifications are modified after the quotation has been issued.

4. Artwork Approval

Before production begins, customers will receive a digital artwork or mockup for approval.

Production will only start after receiving the customer’s final approval.

CanadaPatch is not responsible for errors, spelling mistakes, colors, dimensions, or design elements approved by the customer during the artwork approval process.

5. Production & Delivery

Production timelines begin after:

• Final artwork approval
• Payment confirmation (where applicable)

Estimated delivery times are provided for reference only and may vary due to shipping carriers, customs clearance, holidays, or unforeseen circumstances.

CanadaPatch is not responsible for delays caused by third-party shipping providers.

6. Payments

Payment methods accepted by CanadaPatch will be communicated during the ordering process.

Orders may require full or partial payment before production begins.

Production will not commence until the required payment has been received.

7. Order Changes & Cancellations

Order modifications or cancellations can only be requested before production has started.

Once production begins, cancellations or major design changes may not be possible due to the custom nature of our products.

8. Returns & Refunds

As all products are custom-made, returns and refunds are generally not accepted unless:

• The product received differs significantly from the approved artwork.
• The product arrives damaged due to manufacturing defects.
• An error has occurred on our part.

Any issue must be reported within 7 days of receiving the order, along with supporting photographs.

9. Intellectual Property

Customers are responsible for ensuring they have the legal right to use any logos, trademarks, artwork, or copyrighted material submitted to CanadaPatch.

CanadaPatch assumes no liability for intellectual property violations resulting from customer-provided artwork.

10. Limitation of Liability

CanadaPatch shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website, products, or services.

Our total liability shall not exceed the value of the order placed.

11. Website Usage

Users agree not to:

• Submit false or misleading information.
• Attempt unauthorized access to the website.
• Upload malicious software or harmful content.
• Use the website for unlawful purposes.

CanadaPatch reserves the right to suspend access if these terms are violated.

12. Privacy

Your personal information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

By using our website, you consent to the collection and use of information as described in that policy.
